Delivery Requirements - orders received after 3:30 pm may not be processed until the next working day
Postcode – We must have a valid postcode. We are unable to arrange delivery without one.
Signature – We must have a signature for all our deliveries. Goods cannot be delivered without one. We can deliver to a neighbour, friend or any address you choose but any signature obtained at the given address (including sites) will be treated as proof of delivery.
Carrier unable to obtain signature – If nobody is in at time of delivery the Carrier will leave a card inviting you to arrange an alternative delivery date or collection by you. After 2 delivery attempts (to the same address) we reserve the right to impose additional delivery charges.
