The Rutland RESPONDER24 Electromagnetic Universal Door Closer can be fitted on push, pull, left or right side, in hold-open or swing-free mode - making it super easy to specify & order. The electromagnet is activated by the fire alarm system, releasing instantly in the event of a fire alarm activation. Recommended set-up: corridor doors use hold-open mode, living and bedroom doors use swing-free mode.
