The Rutland TS.5204 Door Closer is an easily adjustable and economical door closer that is power adjustable by spring, with back check as standard, and optional delayed action. All units come with with soft line cover, PA bracket and flatbar armset, and back check as standard unless otherwise indicated.

- Universal application – can be fitted in Standard, Parallel arm or Transom fitting position
- Adjustable closing speed, latch speed, delayed action & (standard) back check
- IFC FD60 certified (not applicable for delayed action versions)
- Rut Lock
- 25 year mechanical guarantee
- Adjustable delayed action feature NOT to be operational when fitted to a fire door*
