Rutland TS.7306 Heavy Duty Floor Spring has a variable power size EN3-6 adjustable by spring. The advantage of having it fitted into the floor means it is more resistant to vandalism as well as general wear and tear.
The PS.190 is spindle bearing which helps improve performance and also has a double lockable anti-vibration door strap. This helps to hold the door inline and maintains the fire integrity. Spindle bearing for improved performance. Stronger bottom strap with universal pattern slot. Can be used on most manufactured spindle bearings or floor springs.
Supplied as combined unit with hold open floor spring cover and action accessory pack, unless otherwise indicated.
